BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND AML EN MADRID

we are looking for a business management analyst to support documentation, client onboarding workflows, fee tracking, and operational controls related to structured product issuance. this role is ideal for someone with a background in fund administration, compliance, or investor services who enjoys detailed work and cross-functional collaboration.
key responsibilities
• coordinate and maintain kyc/aml documentation for institutional clients, brokers, and issuers, ensuring completeness and audit readiness
• support the onboarding process for new clients, including managing subscription/redemption forms, liaising with custodians, and assisting in account openings
• track and maintain operational records for fee schedules, issuance parameters, and maturity calendars
• ensure product documentation is properly archived, version-controlled, and accessible for internal stakeholders and auditors
• assist with internal and client reporting by preparing data extracts, summaries, and support files for fee-related or operational reviews
• monitor document flow across compliance, legal, and operational teams, escalating delays or missing items when needed
• coordinate routine communication and document exchange with service providers such as bloomberg, six, tmf, vienna, and ocorian
• support internal process documentation and the continuous improvement of operational playbooks
required qualifications
• experience in fund administration, compliance, investor onboarding, or client service at a bank or investment firm
• solid understanding of kyc/aml processes and investment documentation standards
• strong organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
• familiarity with document version control, internal archiving, and structured workflows
• high proficiency in excel or google sheets
• fluency in english and spanish; portuguese is a plus
• comfortable working with collaborative tools (google workspace, slack, cloud-based systems)
preferred qualifications
• experience supporting compliance, onboarding, or operations in an asset manager, custodian, or broker-dealer
• familiarity with structured notes, ucits wrappers, feeder funds, or capital market lifecycle documentation
• exposure to working with service providers like bloomberg, six, vienna, tmf, or ocorian
• comfort handling audit preparation or regulatory document collection
